It took so long for me to gain any that way back ok you know I was here in France for quite a few years before I really started to gain the weight back for and really I would just to delighted with ok the things that they kept eat over here and we I was just like eating ok too much stuff whenever it's not like it’s no good on they do find eating at 6 hours is a good idea I'm you know having a mealtime home and no a just like three meals away and no snacks is possibly a great way to mess up your metabolism on small portion I'm no second helpings arm the new no beverages with me off I'm on a lot of stuff like that on you'll find the French do eat pretty light during the week.
